Braces
Getting Braces
Even though they work the same way, getting braces today is a much easier process than it was 20 years ago. The brackets are smaller, the wires are more flexible, and best of all, there are no more impressions! We now use an iTero scanner to take digital images of your teeth instead of making molds.
At your first exam, which is free, we’ll take x-rays and digital images of your mouth so we can see what’s going on above and below your gums. Then we’ll create a treatment plan specifically for you, including what type of treatment will be used, an estimate of how long it will take, and the cost of the treatment.
If you decide to move forward, we can either put your braces on right away or schedule another appointment for you to have them put on.
Types of Braces
We offer one of the largest selections of braces in Palm Beach Gardens, so you have plenty of options to choose from.
All of our braces are made in the U.S. and provide the same high level of treatment.
How Much Are Braces?
Most orthodontists have a wide range of costs for braces. Some charge more for adults than kids, while others charge more for WildSmiles than regular brackets.
At Crescent Orthodontic Specialists, we try to make it as simple as possible. All of our metal braces are $3995, regardless of what color or shape they are, or how old you are. This cost includes x-rays, digital scans, all appointments and adjustments, the braces themselves, and a retainer when your treatment is complete.
The only basic braces treatment at our office with a slightly higher cost is ceramic braces.
